The practice of meditation calms the mind and opens the heart. Meditation has been found to reduce stress and anxiety, while increasing joy, peacefulness, and contentment. Enjoy deep rest and relaxation as you learn basic meditation techniques, including simple tips to integrate into your life. Pause, and take this time to rest and nourish yourself. 

  • Replenish with calming breathing exercises

  • Center with simple meditation practices

  • Learn concentration and relaxation techniques

  • Enjoy deep rest with guided restorative meditation

  • Take home a guide with realistic meditation tips

Appropriate for all levels. No previous yoga or meditation experience needed.
