The new moon is a time for rest, introspection, and new beginnings. In this workshop, you’ll learn breathing practices and simple chanting for calmness and clarity. You will be provided with journal worksheets, and given time to set some new intentions.


You will wrap up feeling relaxed and refreshed from the practice of Yoga Nidra; guided restorative meditation done lying down. It is known as “yogic sleep” because of the deep rest and replenishment the practice delivers. Yoga Nidra has been found to reduce tension, anxiety, headaches, and restlessness and increase mental clarity, focus, and calm.


Located at Tula Yoga in St. Paul. All levels welcome in this calming restorative workshop. Pre-registration required.
